I offer face to face sessions in Exeter, Devon and online sessions via Zoom.

I currently offer appointments on Fridays and Saturdays (face-to-face or online).

Each individual session costs £50 and lasts for one hour.

I offer a thirty minute introductory session, costing £20. This gives us an opportunity to meet and ask questions, discuss your needs, and to see if I am the right therapist for you. If you would like to continue, we can arrange a regular day and time to meet. Sessions are usually weekly, but we can discuss other options if you feel this may not work for you. Therapy can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs and preference.

Payment can be made by cash upon arrival, or by bank transfer at least 24 hours in advance of the session.

Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full price.
